ENZO Hotel Moscow will open in the first quarter of 2026

The hotel's room stock will include 130 rooms of different categories, 68 of them are apartments equipped with a kitchen, suitable for long—term stay. 
The facility's infrastructure will include its own restaurant, two restaurants managed by Crocus Group — a restaurant serving modern Italian cuisine and a fusion restaurant, as well as a spa center, beauty salon, indoor infinity pool with a balcony and a multifunctional event space. 

There is a transformable event space on the second floor of the hotel. The tandem of the Turkish bureau Tabanlioglu Architects and ANT Development company was responsible for the development of the exterior of the hotel. 

The architects created an H-shaped building with marble cladding. She refers to the Stalinist skyscrapers, while the light porcelain stoneware and evening lighting form a modern New York silhouette. The interior design project, proposed by the Rockwell Group, a well-known New York studio for its hotel projects, relies on a beige-terracotta color palette and other natural colors — deep green, wine, and muted blue. 

In October 2025, the hotel opened its first facility, the Signature Lux fitness center from Crocus Fitness. At the first stage, the fitness center serves only residents of the Poklonnaya 9 residential complex, and after the opening, hotel guests will also become guests of the club. 

For the ZONT Hotel Group management company, ENZO Hotel Moscow will become the first hotel of the group's own five-star brand and the 19th hotel in the ZONT portfolio.
