iL MONTE is a new Italian restaurant by Emin Agalarov from "AgalarovRest" on Poklonnaya Gora. The space shapes a holistic gastronomic experience that combines architecture, product, and service.

The restaurant is located at: Enzo Hotel. The location on Poklonnaya Gora reinforces the project's concept and becomes an integral part of its philosophy. The name iL MONTE translates from Italian as "mountain" or "summit." It reflects the idea of striving for the ultimate quality in taste, ingredients, and level of service.

Valery Lizunov and the team from the Archpoint architectural bureau are responsible for the architecture and design. The interior is built as an extension of the restaurant's concept: restrained aesthetics, attention to detail, and an emphasis on the materiality of the space create an environment where gastronomy takes center stage.

The cuisine at iL MONTE is a modern interpretation of classic Italy by brand chef Kirill Berger. At its core is working with high-quality ingredients and a pursuit of pure flavor. The menu features key categories of Italian products in their authentic quality: olive oil, prosciutto, bresaola, aged cheeses, tomatoes, lemons, and capers. The approach to ingredients is built around their natural characteristics without excessive processing.

The core of the menu consists of classic Italian dishes with a modern signature interpretation. Main emphasis is placed on balance, texture, and precision of execution. Presentations at iL MONTE include impressive tableside service.

The bar menu was developed by head bartender Evgeny Maksimov and is crafted as an extension of the restaurant's gastronomic concept. It is based on classic and signature cocktails.

The restaurant seats 76 guests. A summer terrace is open during the warm season.
