SHAOLIN is a new Chinese restaurant by Emin Agalarov from "AgalarovRest." The venue's concept is built around the principles of precision, discipline, and respect for China's culinary traditions.

The project focuses on a systematic approach to ingredients and technique. Every dish is the result of a process where balance and execution precision are of key importance.

Valery Lizunov, heading the Archpoint architectural bureau, is responsible for the design. The space reflects the restaurant's concept: restrained aesthetics, structured design, and attention to materials form an environment where gastronomy takes center stage.

Brand chef Kirill Berger and head chef Xiao Li are in charge of the cuisine. SHAOLIN's menu is built on a balance of flavors, textures, and temperatures, following the principle of "Yin and Yang." The menu features key directions of Chinese gastronomy: delicate Cantonese cuisine, rich and spicy Sichuan, as well as Beijing specialties with an emphasis on duck and dough dishes.

Traditional recipes are interpreted at a fine dining level using modern techniques and high-quality ingredients. At the core are selected meats, fresh seafood, rich broths, and complex multi-layered sauces.

Special attention is paid to the tea menu, which is an important part of China's gastronomic culture. The restaurant seats 50 guests. A summer terrace is open during the warm season.

SHAOLIN — Chinese gastronomy where flavor achieves exact expression.
